McGrath served as owner’s representative for a new $5.5 million office building in Shiloh, Illinois, leased to the MITRE Corporation. The 22,000-square-foot building near Scott Air Force Base, which MITRE supports through its work for the U.S. Department of Defense, is the largest office building in Shiloh.
The tilt-up construction building included an inlay brick system to accent the exterior. The building occupies five acres of a 20-acre site that may be developed as an office park or warehouse facilities.
The MITRE Corporation, a nonprofit organization that operates federally funded research and development centers for government agencies, consolidated its 94 St. Louis-area employees in the new building.
