Founded in 1983, McGrath & Associates began with a simple goal – deliver high-quality work while building lasting relationships. A stakeholder partnership helped establish the company’s foundation, but in the early 1990s, McGrath & Associates became 100% employee-owned, ensuring that our team members have a direct stake in not only the company’s success but the success of our clients as well.
Since that time, McGrath & Associates has remained focused on serving organizations through open communication and integrity, establishing a reputation for quality, safety, and reliability across some of the most sensitive and complex environments in our region.
